fix: APK rename script (#16)

The rename script only matched ABI-specific APKs like app-arm64-v8a-debug.apk, but Gradle produces app-debug.apk when ABI splits are not configured. This caused the upload artifact step to fail as no MoodTracker-*.apk files existed. Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
