feat: Rebrand to OZSync and translate UI to English

- Renamed application from ZimaOS Sync to OZSync globally - Translated all Chinese UI text to English in status bar and settings - Updated manifest.json, README.md and all interface displays - Renamed zimaos-client.ts to ozsync-client.ts - Fixed compilation errors and ensured project builds successfully - Improved error handling for MediaInfo API - Set default sync frequency to 15 minutes
